Hi,

Installed RHES 4 from CDs for the first time, using the auto partitioning option.
Planning to re-install but like to try the manual partitioning option.
Please suggest what partitions are needed and their sizes, on a 20G harddisk.

I would do:

100M /boot /dev/hda1
1024M swap /dev/hda2
512M /tmp /dev/hda5
remaining / /dev/hda3
