Package building problem

Ok, I'm full of problems. I have RHEL3 installed on my computer. I needed to build a .spec file for my Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx NIC. Typed rpm -bb and that did not work, command was not recgonized, typed rpmbuild and rpmbuild -bb, ba, etc..., none of them are recgonized by my RHEL3. Is there away I can get this piece of code onto RHEL3. More and more I am starting to dislike supported software. Its never supported.

If you mean "not recognised" as in "command not found" then you have to install the "rpm-build" package.

Did you actually buy RHEL support or not?
