mount icons dont appear

The icons for mouted devices ( like hd, cdrom, sda...) do not appear when they are mounted ( either by manual mount command or at startup ) in RH9..

Does anyone know how I can enable this feature in RH9?

Hi,
I think you need to run the famd daemon.
