1- Where can I download the driver of a HP/Comppaq TFT5600 RKM console
(integrated rackmount keyboard and monitor retractable) for Redhat AS 9.
2- On a graphical Redhat console anyone can shutdown the system by clicking
on SHUTDOWN on the bottom menu. How can I change taht ?

gdm or kdm??

u need to disable the system menu from gdm.conf file for gdm

open up ur /etc/X11/gdm/gdm.conf

go to the option of

disable the system menu option from there
