MAKE sure you do NOT install the RHEL5 rpms on your rhel6 box
you will need to hack that help link to use rhel6 repos

ask red hat seeing as YOU ARE PAYING for a license rhel6 is not free

install rpmforge and rpmforge-extras repos
install yum-protectbase and yum-priorities and CONFIGURE THEM !!!
rpmforge-extras is incompatible with rhn for 6 !!!( rpmforge is fine extras is NOT ) so you can NOT install any system files from -extras if you use rhn

then install the media from rpmforge
see the CentOS wiki
