Cool Login diffrent user in linux workstation


Hi,

We are using RH 7.1 Files server and all workstation runing in windows. we are using samba for accessing files from the server. Now we plan to Introduce Linux workstation ver RH 9.0.

I test NFS and and smbmount for access the files from the server. its working fine but Our problem is How to setup indivitual user login (same like windows login) for file and folder access in linux workstation.

man smbadduser
man smbpasswd

u can also check out swat or webmin (they are web based gui tools that you can use to setup samba.
