Linux Red Hat 9 nForce Driver help

I'm Downloading a Driver for linux RD9 , On-board Audio.

On the site it says:
STEP 1: Download the Driver File
Download - NFORCE-Linux-x86-1.0-0283-pkg1.run

STEP 2: Begin Installation
From within a shell with root privileges, type "sh NFORCE-Linux-x86-1.0-0283-pkg1.run" to initiate the installation.

But I'm Downloading the Driver on a different PC because I have yet to get my Linux PC on-line.
So my Question is Should I Just burn the Driver to a cdr and copy it to my RedHat desktop
Then try to install it or should try to install it straight off the CDR????

Thanks for any help.

nwatna; depending how big the download(in kb) copy to floppy then install in linux machine at proper location. as those instruction specified
step by step. if download larger than 1.44mb then do burn on cd then install per instruction.

I installed the driver now I need help with:

STEP 6: Review Documentation
Refer to the ReleaseNotes (HTML Version) (installed in /usr/share/doc/nforce) for instructions on configuring the system with the installed drivers.

How do I get to /usr/share/doc/nforce to view it??

Do you just need help getting it up and running? I think all you may need to do is run redhat-config-network and it should be pretty self-explanitory.

If you really want to view the documentation, you can open a file browser like nautilus and type that location in the address bar and then look for it.

If you have more questions just write back.
