No, for a several reasons:

An interviewer can as ANYTHING THEY WANT, and accept any answer they want.
These are VERY broad topics...the amount of questions would number in the thousands.
If you don't know the answers, then you are NOT QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB

I'm feeling that this is more for the interviewer than it is someone prepping for a job. Sounds like someone from HR asking for good questions to ask a candidate. Maybe we can put together 3 'average' questions each about using DNS, LDAP and NFS for them?

How would you use 'dig' to display the nameservers for a particular domain? (dig ns domainname.com)
What file controls exported directories on an NFS server? (/etc/exports)
Assuming the localhost is the ldap server, and google.com is your company, how would you list all objects in the google.com directory? (ldapsearch -h localhost -b "dc=google,dc=com" -s sub "objectclass=*")
