Exclamation ksoftirqd_CPU takes 99% CPU

Hi All,

I am using Red Hat Linux release 9 (Shrike).

I used it for past two years, But from last two months, ksoftirqd_CPU0 and ksoftirqd_CPU1 these two process tooks 99% of CPU.

Its happened at 10 to 20 times per day.

If its took the CPU, for 60sec no one can using my software running that server.

I got some info from net about it.. But i dint clear this issue..

Can any one help me to solve this issue without formating the machine...

Thanks
