Unhappy kickstart issue , pls help me


I make a ks floppy and boot on it
boot: linux ks=floppy
but kenerl hung at
VFS:Mount root (ext2 filesystem)

press "ALT+F3" switch to system log
I find following message

Well, the problem looks pretty straight forward . Instead of specifying UTF-8, don't specify it in the config. How to do that?

lang en_US
