Is there a way to import/moount jfs2 AIX fs in red hat?
Is there a way to to mount an AIX JFS2 disk on a Linux system?
I do not mean using nfs.
Say I have a disk and I use BCV or snap clone to mirror it.
I then want to take that clone copy and present it to Linux and bring in the VG.
I don't believe this can be done but I have to ask.
I know the header info is different and fdisk would wipe out any info on the drive
I don't believe Linux vgimport will work to bring it in. The fs wont be know etc.
Can you confirm this ?
