Question Installing RED HAT linux

What is the minimum system configuration required to install red hat linux 7.2

I've installed it on a 200MHz Intel Celeron, 128MB memory, but it was a bit slow (I think it's because of the lack memory). I don't know if there is really a "minimum requirement", but the slower the CPU and the smaller the amount of RAM, the slower the system. If you don't use X, you don't need that much memory either. It does run on older hardware too, but first of all I'd make sure you have enough memory, say more than 128MB, and if you plan to run X on top of it, then much more.

Also, why redhat 7.2? That is REALLY old. Why not use Fedora Core? Pretty much, as long as you don't run X and you stop all unnecessary services, it should run just fine.
