Installing Postfix on RHEL for multiple domains.

I've sifted through hundreds of Google results, but I cannot seem to find a tutorial or how-to for installing and configuring Postfix on Red Hat Enterprise for use with multiple domains. We have a web server serving four websites so far. Each of these websites has their own domain that they'll require email for.

If anyone could give me a quick crash course on how to go about doing this or provide me with a link to a tutorial, I would be very appreciative.

Thanks in advance!
Daniel

I would suggest installing virtualmin GPL, big brother of webmin. You will have settings for ALL of the services, for ALL of your domains, not matter how many of them. I use it for my hosting purposes and I am REALLY satisfied.

Thank you for your response, however I run every aspect of my servers individually without the use of administration software. I would prefer a Postfix solution for this purpose.

Then I suggest you read Postfix manual regarding virtual maps (I think that is desired function). Google is an good start: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&n...x+virtual+maps, or search tor an howto on sites like HowToForge.

I started out with manual settings for 2 websites, then I was introduced with ClarkConnect web interface for domain manipulation, and then searched for GPL domain control panel. I never regretted installing it.

It only takes me 1-2 minutes to add new e-mail account or change/reset their password, with all typing of the name etc, and without having to login to the server box and run arround manualy editing configuration files. I can even login to their account (usermin/webmail) if they need help setting up things right from user managment.

Not to mention ability to delegate administration rights for one or more domains to owner of the domain, allowing me to avoid being pestered with daily administration.
