Increase memory locked size to 64 gb

Hi all,

I have a IBM server x3650 M3 with 64gb ram, installed with Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.4 x64bit. in bios level its showing correct, but in OS is taking only 32gb of ram.

so i need to increase memory lock size to at least 64gb.
