How to run File Browser from command like

When I run File Browser from the menu, I get nice full-functional window. If I execute from the command line:
nautilus
or
gnome-open ~
I get ugly small window without toolbar, address bar and left Places pane. New directory is opened in a new window.
Is nautilus the same as File Browser? How can I start normal File Browser window from the command line?

You can try 'mc' midnight commander - specialized for CLI browsing.
