How can i setup a local repository on RHEL box which has no internet connection.

I need an assistance, i have a Linux Box running RHEL and has no internet connection, hence i need to setup a local repository which i can be able to install packages together with their dependencies, may you assist me in how i can come up with that ? Thanks & Regards Benjamin. |

One of the easiest ways I have seen is to use mrepo package.
