I need to install libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2 to work with a CA backup agent. I'm currently at CentOS release 5.5 (Final). I've viewed some other older threads about installing this library including yum install commands, which do not work.
If there are any pointers to getting this library installed, I would appreciate them.
Unfortunately, we are bound by our vendor CA. The install is looking for a particular library version, which the latest CentOS (and I'm assuming its RH counterpart since CentOS is from those same open source modules), do not have this library.
This may be a dumb question, but what about building it? Where would I find the source?
