External DVD Burner

Anyone had any luck installing an external DVD Burner, and if so do you have any advice?

Thanks,

I bought a Northwood Micro external from CompUSA a few days ago. It works great right now except for one issue. When I turn it off or unplug it, I can't use it again until I restart. I am sure I will fix this problem soon. Another thing is that if (and when) you use k3b to burn a DVD, make sure you set the writing mode to DAO or make sure there is not a multisession for any DVD you burn unless you really want it. It won't mount very easily if you make multisession DVDs. Good luck finding a DVD burner!
