Desktop Icons are missing
 
HI,
I instaled the samba packages in RHEL 5.1 and everything was fine until i reboot the system.
After restarting the system i cant find any of my desktop items in the GNOME view.
Also right click is not working.

How have you installed samba? rpm's from official repositories? And what version? Explain your installation process in details.
