customizing red hat 7.1 distribution

can i make a new linux distribution from an existing linux distibution? how can i do this?

I just replied to your post in the LFS forum.

When you registered, you should have read the rules. Double-posting questions is not allowed because it breaks up the discussion. Pick the forum which you feel is most relevant and only post your question once.

sorry for not reading the rules... i will read it... thanks for the reply... can i know how to customize a linux distribution? i mean is there any software or a programming language that customizes a linux distribution? cause all i need in my study is just to remove the unecessary applications in the installation of the distibution
