CPIO hangs - doesn't extract archive

I have to install oracle 10g on RHEL4AS.
CPIO command hangs forewer. Not a word from it.

#cpio -idmv 10201_database_linux_x86_64.cpio
#

No error messages...nothing just hangs. What's wrong?

cpio -idmv <10201_database_linux_x86_64.cpio
