Red face when downloading the tar.gz .zip compresssion file in konqureor


when downloading the tar.gz .zip compresssion file in konqureor, why not appear the file download box???
when click to downloading the tar.gz file in konqueror
copy files progress
extension name is changed from tar.gz to gz.
from original filename to random filename is changed

when click a linkline to downloading the tar.gz .zip compresssion file in konqureor..
copy files prgress box is appear.

when click a linkline to downloading .rpm .exe file in konqureor
question - konqueror
Open 'ftp://rpmfind.net/...-2.0.15-1.i386.rpm' using 'Install Packages'?
after click save as button, file is download..
