VLC is in RPMforge
see the centOS 6 wiki on installing the rpmforge repo
http://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Repositories

--- instructions for installing the rpmforge repo
http://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalRes...c0ae92d1398e01

HEED ALL WARNINGS !!!!
and also install and configure "yum-priorities" plugin
http://wiki.centos.org/PackageManagement/Yum/Priorities

Also read the centOS wiki page for multimedia
http://wiki.centos.org/TipsAndTricks/MultimediaOnCentOS

This page is a bit old so for the Mplayer codecs use the 2011 package
-- all-20110131.tar.bz2
Code:
www1.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/codecs/all-20110131.tar.bz2
and manually install the above package

CentOS is the FREE rebuild of RHEL
for redhat you can use the cent wiki along with the red hat documentation
https://access.redhat.com/site/docum...erprise_Linux/

Or is there Display Driver and Sound driver for 61 Series Intel Motherboard for RHEL6.2 and how can i install ,Now is its Possible to get Back the Red Hat logon screen and Icon in top left corner near Application ?its showing Centos Icon and Logon Screen as Centos too

And can i install latest kernel in RHEL 6.2 Santiago ? will it fix and is it possible to install kernel-3.9.2 in RHEL 6.2 ?

well you nolonger have a rhel6.2 install
you have a "Frankensteined" install

a mix of the old and unsupported CentOS 6.2 ( 6.4 is the only 6 that is supported )
mixed with rhel6.2

reinstall 6.2 and re update it from the RHN redhat repo
you have access to that when you bought the required support contract

or
install the current CentOS 6.4 dvd
