API for Xen Management

Hello,

I have installed RHEL 5.0 + Xen (The default 3.0.3-25 provided with RHEL). I have added paravirtualized RHEL5 guests on top of Xen.

Now I want to programmatically access VM management functions like gathering statistics about CPU,memory and network usage (and also be able to migrate VMs etc). So I have a few questions and all answers/suggestions will be highly appreciated.

My question is can I do these using Java.

Is there Java api support for 3.0.3? Is some kind of XML-RPC based API call supported in 3.0.3?

I read about libvirt and found that only C and Python bindings are available.

How can XenMon help in gathering management data.

Regards
Dushmanta
