If I remember correctly, the installer warns that adding languages after installation is not supported with any tool. It involves adding packages (e.g. for KDE) as well as reinstalling packages and completing config files (e.g. i18n related). With some more detailed search at Google you should find instructions on how to reinstall your set of installed packages wth a redefined _install_langs macro and RPM's --replacepkgs option. If that's not enough of a hint, well, it's nothing for newbies. But keep searching. You might even find that someone provides a helper script.
