There are just so many apps to do this, both gui and shell or ncurses stuff.

If you want nice graphs and stuff, go for something like nagios or cacti or zenoss.

They all have documentation on their respective home pages.

only one of these that are realtime is top.
for monitoring cpu, ram usage, threads, swap, etc, etc, i am using nagios and cacti. These provide pretty graphs/status alerts according to set thresholds.
full docs are found on their home pages.

chandu, a majority of people on forums, and nod just on this forums, will not give you their e-mail address. Ones that do have published their e-mail address in their profile. If you need direct contact, I think you will have to choose some consulting company.

Hi,

As indicated by DrLove73, you'll not find many users that give their email address. Through the forum there are various ways of contacting users if you click on their username in a thread. From the pull down that shows you could send private message or email using the forum instead of sending mail direct to the user. In my opinion those are the best ways to contact users of this forum.

Kind regards,

Eric
