On my system, 'which' is the alias of 'type -p'
Code:
alias which='type -p'
Maybe the alias is defined twice on your system? Type 'alias' to list all.

Don't know anything about /bin/lsz...

thx for reply

The setting for alias which is alias which :
Quote:
alias which='type -path'

why I run /bin/lrz but output:
Quote:
bash:/bin/lrz: No such file or directory
file /bin/lrz
Quote:
/bin/lrz: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1 (FreeBSD), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), stripped
ls -lF /bin/lrz
Quote:
-r-xr-xr-x 3 root wheel 71872 Apr 28 2004 /bin/lrz*
any idea ?
