Where is fuser ?

I would like to install fuser, but Package Manager does not show it.

It may help me resolve the problem of not being able to copy files to an external drive.

The command fuser is provided by the package psmisc.

Example https://packages.debian.org/wheezy/psmisc
Provides :
/bin/fuser
/usr/bin/killall
/usr/bin/peekfd
/usr/bin/prtstat
/usr/bin/pstree
/usr/bin/pstree.x11

RPM based OS's : /sbin/fuser
