What package provides the Xlib development library in puppy?

I need the xlib devel library which has xlib.h etc.
Where can i get this from please?

Since the puppy window environment was written using xlib, there must be the development library available from someplace.

These two packages both provide xlib.h:

libggi-devel & libggi-static-devel
