Run USB modem on Puppy
Hi,
Just installed puppy.
I use a usb modem for internet connection.
Any way I could run the same on Puppy.
I go to the location where the USB modem software's exe is present and run it but guess the exe will not execute on Linux or something.
Any suggestions?
Thnx

.exe is for windows only.
Since you did not mention which puppy version, whether full or frugal install, what type of usb modem, type of laptop, this is all I can do for you.

Thread on getting 3G ZTE Wireless Modems working in Puppy Linux. 37 pages long. You are on your own as I had to dig to find the thread. I don't use a phone for wireless. So best I can do for you.
