[Solved] Puppy warning message at boot up? Log where?

Hi I am totally new to Puppy and I used BurnCDcc
to make a MultiSession DVD -R with Puppy linux 4.0
and Seamoneky and write from within Puppy now.

So so far success apart for the warning it gave during boot
so my newbie question is. Where can I find that text again.

Puppy warning message at boot up? Log where?

some log that most likely got saved as a text file?

Too fast to remember but one warning says something like.

no ACPI and that that could cause me trouble when shutting
down.

So how do I change BIOS to be compatible with Puppy shutdown?

I have a Aopen XC Cube Mini MZ915 and as the name says it has
Intel Chipset 915 on the mother board. Dearly hope somebody
answer.

Look in /var/log - it's probably in /var/log/messages.

Thanks I do that next time me use it.

Despite the warning the shut down went well.
so most likely I will use Puppy again cause
it worked real fast. I failed to get the sound
going thought but that is how my ubuntu is too.

Realtek sound doesn't seems easy to set up
if one are newbie like me.
