Open rtf file in Windows


When I opened a .rtf created by Libre_Writer file in Windows,

I got this.

Is there a fix ?

Sorry, I was not able to attach the document. All it contains is formatting with no text. I will try opening it with another program.

in windows install A REAL !!! test editor
like "SciTE"
http://www.scintilla.org/SciTE.html

or the other text editoir based on scite
"NotePad++"
http://notepad-plus-plus.org/

ms office can NOT!!! read the NON MICROSOFT end of line formatting that EVERY OTHER OPERATING SYSTEM USES ( -- except for microsoft )

also
older ( as in pre 2012 ) versions of MS Office really can NOT read the OPEN ISO standard that is ODF
