John Murga Forum - Removed From Google
Now that John Murga Forum no longer exists I have instituted the process of removing his site from Google search index.
This was done so other forums (including Linux Questions and Puppy Linux Forum among others) can take their proper place in search engine results. In future when Puppy Linux users search for help they will find useful content instead of dead links. |
Dear puppyite !
Do you believe , that your posts OR operations would end up being recognized in the Puppy Help Pages in /usr/share/doc ? I do not know how the google staff is handling things , but could only believe that they accept messages from the server's owner(s) . To me your statement now is the final prove , that you sympathy with the circumstances , even may tolerate, support or actively do criminal acts like "Denial-of-service attack - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia" . With Best Regards |
Do we really have to get another one of these threads going.

The process describing how defunct web sites can be removed from Google search index is described here using the "Google public URL removal tool".
Webmaster Tools – My Removal Requests (Options selected for removing John Murga Forum): Reason: Page has been removed or blocked from search engines Removal Type: Outdated page removal Note that only defunct web sites will be accepted for removal by "Google public URL removal tool". For obvious reasons the tool will automatically reject any functional web sites. I see no advantage in having Puppy Linux users searching for help only to find broken links and non-existent web sites. |
puppyite, I'm going to issue you the same warning I did to another member here.
