Question How to determine linux kernel level?

Hello,

How can I tell what level of Linux kernel is in a Puppy release, both online at some website and on the actual system where I installed it?
I looked on the Puppy website for release details and only found the kernel level mentioned on some earlier releases (my current one is 2.15CE).

Thanks

Code:
$uname -a
That will show you the kernel version and some other info about the kernel that you are currently running.

Thanks for the command. It works like a charm.
I hope someone from Puppyland can answer the other half of the question about how to know this before ordering the release.
Thanks
