Gparted problem (solved) !!
 
Can not get Gparted to see my hard drive. i have 1 drive with a FAT32 partition,running on a dell laptop. can someone help?

what does sfdisk -l say? You need to be root to do that and use a command line.

no sfdisk, but i have cfisk and it can see it.

found problem. Gparted doesn't like my CDrom drive. i unplugged the cdrom & plugged in the floppy drive & it started to work.
