dnsmasq command not found

I just downloaded the file: dnsmasq-2.51-i486.pet and i installed it by clicking it.

but when i type "dnsmasq -d", i get the following error:
command not found.

What could be the problem? Any ideas guys...
On a different site i found out that this is a bug. Can it be solved?

I am currently using Puppy Linux 5.2

Do you same thing you would do for any "command not found" that you are sure should be found: adding the binary's directory to your PATH (likely /usr/sbin), or specifying the full path to the binary when you run it (probably /use/sbin/dnsmasq).
