I'm getting a lot of "page not found" errors, too, but they don't say 502. I'm also getting a lot of redirect loop errors, too. Please see my thread here.
I got the Page Not Found message on (at least) the LXer syndicated news page about KDE Plasma 5.4 and a page in the Slackware forum, not sure which one though.
I am getting "Page Not Found" randomly when I click on a thread's name from the forum index, about 1 / 20 times. Reloading the page solves the problem.
