window present


hi all
i am doing a small program(tray icon) using gtk c. in redhat machine.
if i click trayicon the gui application will be present on the desktop.
means it has to show on the desktop.
i did in fedora5 and fedora6 but am unable to do this in redhat..


please show me the way thank you in advance.
