Why am I getting bunch of 0's and 1's in my program?

Hi all,
I have a program which is like..
int main()
{...file accepting and file processing....
///converting each string into the flaoting point value and storing them into a vector///
return 0;
}
while doing so, I find a bunch of 0001100101010101010 attach to my output(in the screen).
But if I store the output in a text file it doesnot have any 0's and 1's.
CAn anyone suggest me how to avoid them and only return the out put?
Is this the problem of buffer?
Suggest me.
Raj
