Visual Studio like IDE

I was wondering if anyone knows of a IDE which has similiar capabilites to Visual Studio's.

What I mean by this is a IDE which allows you to desgin your interface visually, and generate the code for each element like VS's.

I'm hoping for something that uses gtk with C++, or Swing with JAVA.

I have used glade to design a UI for gtk, but I found it slow because the design, and coding are complelty seperated.

Thanks,

Borland C++ BuilderX. I'm not sure if it is freeware or shareware, because they never told me. However, it is a 350 Mb download. No problem if you have broadband, otherwise plan on a whole night for downloading.

Netbeans does it (Java - Swing). It's pretty much like Visual Studio, but it's portable, you know ;). I've just started playing today with Netbeans and it's pretty easy to use imho.
Note: at suns' website you can download j2sdk with netbeans bundled or separated ;).

Not freeware. It costs over thousands of dollars.

Both Eclipse and Netbeans does offer GUI builders for java. For C++, try out the QT builder and you'll be blown. It absolutely rocks.
