how to obtian the CPU useage of a certain process?
and how to obtain the memory useage of a certain process?

try top for basic CLI use, or KSysGuard in KDE, is what I use. Theres plently of others as well.

Be aware that memory usage is often wrong for many processes since it counts shared memory.
