Unhappy Use semantic to browse source code?

Anybody knows how to configure and which commands to use to browse source code (just SourceInsight or ctags) ?

I feel semantic+emacs is a very powerful tool in editing C code but, I am not fimilar with semantic(in emacs) yet.
