UNIX commands

Hi can anyone tell me d answer for these????? The commands for achieving the following tasks??? And wat is d use of set -x command??


1.Execution of the commands in the background
2.Execution of the commands in verbose mode
3.Exit from the shell program.
4.Exit from the shell program after executing the next
