How can i create new wiki wiki web pages . where can i find a detailed tutorial on creating wiki pages. I need to start from a fresh.

the tutorial iam looking for should contain what is wiki,creating your own wiki pages from scratch , editing ,attchening,file,images etc inserting table ,hyperlink etc.

I searched google also but iam not able to find a one good document.

also where can i get the free wiki software creater for windows .
