testopia perl module not loading?

i installed bugzilla 3.0 and testopia 1.3
every seems ok until i click on any of the testopia item links and i get a internal server 500 error.

so i found perl upset that Text:

iff not found

i go to cpan

install Text:

iff

it installs

i rerun testopia stuff
fails....

ok now i check the logs and again same error

i try again with cpan to install it
and it says already installed

Do i need to reload something to make this work out?

turns out i have an rpm version of perl installed and a compiled version

now i cant remove the rpm version nor can i update it.

i wouldve thought redhat E4 is smart enough to handle upgrading its own rpm files, but i guess the dependency issues are too much for it.

thats why i love ubuntu
