streeming other peoples webcam to my website


is there a way to streem a webcam of someone who is using windows to my website
i can streem mine by using webcam server software but if they are using windows its not going to work

maby sombody knows how to set it up using flash ?

or is this even posible

I may be wrong about this but..

I could have sworn the url I typed in to get here was www.linuxquestions.org... not www.websitevideostreaming.org, or www.websiteproblems.org
