Stock market "find the best price model" program

I want to make a Program to analyse (find stock price volume) a stock price table
Each day I receive a Table with stock Symbol, price and volume
I want to organise these data so that I can find easilly the fluctuation of the stock price, if i donot have a database of stock, I must look 10 table to find the evolution of Stock price during 10 day. If i have database, I will just "ask" : give me the price and volume of ACB. The database will search in a "text" file that is organized into database , and after some second (depending on the efficiency of my selfmade db) it give alist of price in "date" order. like this:
acb 23 21 25 24 27 28 29 26 25 26
I also want to compare this list with another stock price list :
hbc 89 90 97 95 91 91

Acb and HBC are company in my country, you can see the stock table I talked about here: banggiavcbs.com

I think i will make a lot of money if I complete the "sort to find the best price evolution model" program, in my country to find the direction of stock in the futur is easy, just look at the stock that move down too much, or the stock that move down with low volume. The problem is that there's more than 200 stock, I can't find the best by looking with naked eye

can you help me to learn a suitable db organization for banggiavcbs.vn/hn and the above address?

You're working with flat ASCII files, right?

Learn Perl, and use it. Any sort of database software seems overkill for this.
