socket programming on-line books in python or in C


hi,
i want to learn socket programming in python or in C
i prefer python. could u plz suggest some books for learning which are on the web
plz help me out

I recommend "Linux Programming by Example" by Kurt Wall. I don't know whether you can find that on the web or if you will have to buy it.

Que also sells "Linux Socket Programming by Example" but I have never read it.
