Question SLOC guidelines

I'm writing a SLOC ( source lines of code ) application, however I need some help.

Does anyone have any input for guidelines and standards, or links to such...

I.e. is this stand alone curly bracket considered a line of code?

}

I'm interested in the following:

c/c++/java
Shell scripts
Tcl/Tk
assembly

Please advise.
