shell script to execute my c executable

I require a shell script that will execute my C executable file when some condition satisfies in if condition and want to run that script at kernel startups
How to do that?

use shell scripting... what else can we say? depends wholly on what you want to do as to how you achieve it. not sure what a "kernel startup" is meant to mean. if you mean "on boot" then you'd look at adding to /etc/rc.local on redhat / Fedora
